Tony Townsend — Founder
The Vision Behind the Lens, Tony Townsend founded Townsend Photography with a singular mission: to provide high-end, luxury-level marketing for every listing, regardless of the price tag. With over a decade of experience and a personal portfolio of thousands of properties, Tony built the brand on the "Signature Standard"—precision lighting, perfect verticals, and comprehensive coverage.
Though Tony now oversees operations from the Philadelphia market, the Tampa Bay office remains the heart of the business. Every team member is personally mentored by Tony to ensure that the "Townsend Standard" is delivered on every shoot, from the smallest condo to the most expansive luxury estate.
Nick Rosado — Photographer & Videographer
Nick is the longest-standing member of the team and a true veteran of Florida real estate media, having successfully photographed several thousand homes. Known as much for his engaging personality as his technical skill, Nick is an expert in high-impact MLS photography, specialized Short-Term Rental (STR) imagery, and cinematic video walkthroughs. Whether he’s capturing a luxury interior, filming a property tour, or piloting a drone for the perfect aerial perspective, Nick ensures the process is seamless for both agents and homeowners.
Dylan Young — Photographer & Videographer
Dylan joined the team in May of 2024 and has already captured approximately 1,600 properties. A dedicated perfectionist, Dylan’s attention to detail ensures that every MLS photo is flawless. Beyond still photography, Dylan is the team’s 'Reel Master' and video specialist. He excels at creating high-energy social media content and cinematic walkthroughs that help agents dominate platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and more.
